They weren’t kidding.

The March superstorm arrived around 3:30 with some light snow that picked up around 5:30-6AM.  It was upgraded to a blizzard by last night and is living up to the hype.

We have around a foot that has fallen in the past 6 hours, winds are something to be reckoned with and everything is closed.  We’re maybe a third of the way through the storm.

It has been a while since we saw something like this…we have had a few blizzards but the snowfall amount coming out of this one reminds me of 1993.  It’s a good day (or two) to stay indoors and putter around.  I’ll have to get a photo up of the final snowfall amount.  Until then, have a great day!
